1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament, providing a sponsorship, or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Payment Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Commitment
All payments are final. To ensure the stability of our "Filling the Void" programs, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including event cancellation due to weather or personal scheduling conflicts. If you cannot attend, your registration fee will be treated as a tax-deductible donation.
3. Event Participation
Participants agree to follow all tournament rules and venue regulations. JoVan Property Management and the Left Behind Cancer Foundation reserve the right to remove any individual for conduct that is deemed unprofessional or contrary to our mission.
4. Media Release
By attending the event, you grant the Left Behind Cancer Foundation the right to use your likeness in photographs, videos, and promotional materials for future marketing and foundation updates.
5. Liability Waiver
Participants assume all risks associated with the tournament, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage. The foundation is not liable for any losses incurred during the event.
